The Knicks Are Making A Late-Season Addition
The New York Knicks have been one of the NBA’s hottest teams lately, as they recently went on a nine-game winning streak before it was snapped on Tuesday by the Charlotte Hornets.
They currently hold the fifth-best record in the Eastern Conference at 39-28, and they’re hoping to steal the fourth spot from the Cleveland Cavaliers before the end of the regular season.
In an attempt to bolster the roster down the stretch, New York has signed center Moses Brown to a two-way contract.

Brown, who is 7-foot-2 and 245 pounds, is in his fourth NBA season, and he is a native of New York City.
He has played in 34 games so far this season, all of them coming with the Los Angeles Clippers, and he has averages of 4.6 points and 4.1 rebounds in 8.5 minutes per game.
If he ever sees the court for the Knicks, he will give them even more size.
They already possess starting center Mitchell Robinson, who is an energetic rebounder and shot blocker, as well as Isaiah Hartenstein, another former Clipper who can also rebound and defend well.
New York has far surpassed expectations so far this season, and has done so largely behind the stellar play of point guard Jalen Brunson, who they signed as a free agent last summer.
Brunson started to blossom last spring in the playoffs for the Dallas Mavericks, but he has exploded this year with averages of 23.9 points on 48.7 percent overall shooting and 41.1 percent from 3-point range and 6.2 assists per game.
