Packers Analyst Reveals Shocking Aaron Rodgers Grade

The Green Bay Packers lost their London Games debut to the New York Giants.

The Giants went on a 14-2 fourth-quarter run to get their fourth win in five games.

Meanwhile, an intentional safety was the only points Green Bay scored in that final chapter.

Therefore, the Packers’ offense failed to maintain their lead by generating enough points.

While reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers had two touchdown passes, both of them happened in the first half.

Once again, he faltered in the second half, just like in some of the biggest defeats in his career.

Could it be that he is losing his touch?

That depressing reality could be the case, according to Packer Report writer and editor Andy Herman.

Through five games, Rodgers has completed 67.9 percent of his passes for 1,157 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions.

Meanwhile, his current passer rating of 95.8 is the fourth-lowest in his career.

He is also having a career-worst 44.6 QBR.

Despite those rankings, the Packers are still doing fairly well with a 3-2 record.

Developing Chemistry With His Receivers

Losing Davante Adams during the offseason was a big blow to the Packers.

Rodgers lost his deep threat and is still making it work with their current crop of wideouts.

Unfortunately, none of them are consistent enough to supplant the All-Pro wide receiver.

No receiver has led the Packers in catching yards more than once in their first five games.

Only Allan Lazard reached over 100 receiving yards.

In contrast, Adams already had three through Week 5 of last season, including his 206-yard performance against the Cincinnati Bengals.
