Although he is still one of the best players in the NBA, we don’t often see LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers dunking like he used to.

Back in the day, James was putting up SportsCenter-worthy dunks seemingly every single night.

And Saturday marks the ten-year anniversary of one of his best.

Ten years ago on March 18, 2013, James and his Miami Heat were playing against the Boston Celtics, featuring Jason Terry.

After a turnover, Norris Cole found James as he was cutting his way down to the paint.

Cole created an alley-oop pass to James, who dunked over Terry and left him on his back.

The image, which will live on forever in Terry’s head, was celebrated by the NBA on ESPN on Twitter Saturday morning.

NBA Daily Hoops posted a video of the dunk as well, allowing fans to relive it again and again on the ten-year anniversary.

As if the dunk wasn’t bad enough, James made things worse after the game.

He showed no remorse for what he did to Terry.

“JT talks too much sometimes. I’m glad it happened to him” James said.

That dunk was easily the biggest play of the game, the week, and even the month back in March of 2013.

This game came in the midst of an incredible run by the Heat, who won 27 games in a row.

The 105-103 win over the Celtics was just one of many during that historic season.

Miami would eventually beat the San Antonio Spurs in the Finals that year, their second consecutive win.

There is a lot to remember about the Heat from that 2012-13 season.

But James’ dunk over Terry is definitely one of the highlights.
