MLB Drops The Entire 2022 Division Series Schedule

It’s official now: MLB has released the entire 2022 Division Series schedule, with venues, days, and starting times.

That information didn’t become publicly available until recently.

After finishing the Wild Card round on a high note with the controversial New York Mets – San Diego Padres Game 3, all participants of the Division Series were decided.

In the National League, the Padres will be facing their recent nemesis: the Los Angeles Dodgers.

LA won 14 of their 19 games against San Diego this season, 12 last year, and knocked the friars from the postseason in 2020 with a Division Series sweep.

Also in the National League, the Philadelphia Phillies are taking on a huge challenge: knocking out the defending champions Atlanta Braves.

At the moment of writing this piece on Tuesday afternoon, the Phillies just took down the Braves in Game 1.

Starter Max Fried didn’t bring his A game and was battered for six runs (five earned).

The Division Series Are Already Underway

The American League features two exciting matchups.

The Houston Astros will host the Seattle Mariners in Game 1 on Tuesday, with Justin Verlander and Logan Gilbert taking the hill.

Last, but not least, the New York Yankees will play their best-of-five games against the Cleveland Guardians, with the first game being at Yankee Stadium.

In addition to the venues, dates, and times for all the Division Series games, MLB included the network or service in charge of airing each game.

Everything is ready for the Division Series to bring excitement to fans all over the world: the winners of the four series will go on to play in the Championship Series, with everything that comes with it.
