The NFL finalized its new media rights deal with Amazon last year.

The new contract is worth around $1 billion annually and will last until 2033.

The streaming platform’s exclusive coverage of Thursday Night Football is part of the agreement.

They did not settle for anything less than great, bringing in the legendary Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit as their broadcast panel.

Their pre-game, halftime, and post-game show also features Charissa Thompson, together with Ryan Fitzpatrick, Richard Sherman, Tony Gonzalez, Andrew Whitworth, Taylor Rooks, and Michael Smith.

But they are not stopping with that roster of talent after adding a Super Bowl-winning running back.

NFL on Prime Video tweeted, “See you Thursday, @moneylynch.”

The accompanying video is set to B-Legit’s “I’m In Your City,” and it shows Lynch at different places and at the airport.

The final frame has him with the Thursday Night Football logo on the ceiling.

Lynch will be able to share a spring well of football knowledge with fans of all ages.

Aside from winning Super Bowl XLVIII with the Seattle Seahawks, he is also a two-time All-Pro and five-time Pro Bowler.

He led the league in rushing touchdowns twice and is a member of the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.

The Buffalo Bills selected the former California standout as the 12th overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft.

He transferred to Seattle after four seasons with the Bills and lasted six seasons with the Seahawks.

Lynch played with the Oakland Raiders for two seasons before closing his career with the Seahawks in 2019.

He has career numbers of 10,413 yards, 85 rushing touchdowns, and nine receiving touchdowns.

He will join the TNF crew during their coverage of the Week 6 game between the Chicago Bears and the Washington Commanders.
