Young rapper dies in hail of bullets in Bogalusa, Louisiana

A rapper from the Kentwood area was staying in Bogalusa after receiving death threats was shot and killed when he opened the door to an apartment earlier this week.

A rivalry between two rap groups leads to the murder of a man who was hiding out in Bogalusa. After days on the run, two men accused of the crime are now arrested and police are thankful this shooting didn’t leave more people dead.

Balloons, candles and bullet holes in the door of apartment six at the Union Pointe housing complex in Bogalusa, are reminders of what happened early Monday morning.
