A 26-year-old woman is in a local hospital with serious injuries after she was hit by a car while riding an electric scooter on Friday, March 17. When APD was asked what happened, they said they are not investigating this as a crash or a hit-and-run. READ MORE: https://bit.ly/3ZiHeWn
