Livingston Parish is made up of many towns and cities, but the most popular are Denham Springs, Walker and Watson. Today I will walk you through a well known neighborhood in Walker, LA.

This neighborhood was built in the early 2000’s and has been known for its longevity of holding its value over the years. There is a wide range of price points as well as size. Within this neighborhood there are 3 Lakes with several beautiful lake lots. Lot sizes start at .3 of an acre and go up from there. Within the past twelve months, homes starting at 1600 square feet up to 3,000 square feet have sold in this neighborhood. Homes sold in the past twelve months have had a wide range of price points. Starting at low as $215,000- $465,000. The average price point for a home between 1900-2200 square feet is $285,000-$300,000 in this neighborhood.
