Saturday night was a pivotal moment for Trevor Lawrence in his career.

The Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback came into Kansas City facing a tough opponent.

While he come into the game with an undefeated streak on Saturday night games, he left the game in defeat.

However, the young quarterback didn’t let the team’s defeat get him down.

Instead, he turned the moment into one of leadership.

As he was leaving the field, Lawrence stopped to congratulate his fellow teammates heading into the locker room.

Even in the face of defeat, he thanks his teammates for the work they did against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The game came down to the wire as the Jaguars tried to stage another late comeback.

However, the comeback fell short as the Chiefs escaped with a seven-point victory.

But despite the loss, Lawrence was proud of the work everyone did in Jacksonville throughout this season.

The team went from the worst in the NFL to the AFC South champions.

Lawrence and the Jaguars not only made the playoffs but also won their first-round playoff game.

Despite people doubting them, they shocked the NFL world with their amazing season.

These things gave the young quarterback plenty to be grateful for with his team.

With him being the leader in Jacksonville, he took the role to heart on Saturday night.

In defeat, he stood tall to let his teammates know they did their best against a tough opponent.

While he might want to forget his first Saturday night loss, Lawrence will want to remember his moment of leadership forever.
