Titan Arum Time Lapse – Northwestern State University of Louisiana
At Northwestern State University of Louisiana, our Titan Arum (a.k.a., corpse flower) bloomed recently. Through the efforts of three of our professors, eight years time, and a bit of luck, we were fortunate enough to capture the blooming process for you to watch.
The video begins on June 19, 2020. The first minute represents a week of time. The time lapse was slowed down for the blooming to show it in all its majesty. The bloom only lasted about a day.
