With over 30 years of experience, he has been able to support home owners and investors in Canada and Internationally. Ray is also the co-founder of the @acbn_canada helping to shape the direction of the organization as a board member.
On the third Friday of each month, Ray is on The Morning Vibe™ talking about mortgages and real estate.
During today’s show, Ray will be talking about “House Rich, Cash Poor”.
House rich, cash poor is the term used when a homeowner has equity built up in their home but is burdened by expenses that eat up most or even all of their budget. While they may have untapped equity in their property, they are unable to access it while their lifestyle or personal debt grows at an unsustainable rate.
