Suspect Shot and Killed After Phoenix Police Report Active Shooter Situation

“He’s shooting at people in front of the store,” a Phoenix, Arizona officer stated over police radio on November 2. Minutes later, Leontae Kirk was shot and killed when three officers opened fire. The Phoenix Police Department now says there is no evidence Kirk fired a weapon.
