Shooter identified in Louisiana's cinema attack

Police in the US state of Louisiana identified a gunman who opened fire in a crowded cinema killing two people and wounding nine on Thursday. Police say the gunman was 59-year-old John Russel Houser.  Authorities have so far failed to identify a motive.
