The Supreme Court started its new term today. Tuesday, the court will hear a challenge to the historic Voting Rights Act that bars voting rules that discriminate based on race. I’ll talk to two of the plaintiffs from Alabama.

A black Federal Judge ruled Georgia election practices challenged by a group associated with Democrat Stacey Abrams do not violate voters’ constitutional rights.

Some folks are in their feelings about Vice President Kamala Harris saying the government’s Hurricane Ian relief should prioritize communities of color who have always gotten the short end of the stick when getting relief funds. I’ll break it all down for you.

A California high school football team season is canceled because some players thought it would be funny to hold a “slave auction.”
