ROOFING BEGINS – Teaching them Strong Way to Install It

In today’s video we begin the roofing on the house with R panel aka Rib Panel Longspan Sheeting. This roof MUST be resistant to strong high winds as we live right on the coast where strong winds hit from tropical storms , typhoons and the southwest monsoon.

Proper screw placement , screw types , lap vs tek screws , butyl tape on the lap joint, double back tape for the insulation installation. It all makes a difference in sealing and strength.

The day get finished out with Melinda and the twins.
