Real Estate Promotional Video for 1 Percent Lists a Louisiana Realtor

A real estate showcase video is a guaranteed way to help sell your listings. Showcase videos have been proven to receive 403% more inquiries.

1 Percent Lists is a Louisiana-based, “extremely efficiently run real estate company that has successfully cut unnecessary overhead while increasing marketing exposure for our clients.”

They tasked us with creating an affordable quality real estate listing video to supplement their other marketing efforts. The result was a clean and efficient video showcase for this particular property. The video was short, concise, yet still remained to show all information necessary for a real estate listing.

According to Mashable, 73% of homeowners prefer to hire listing agents who use online video.

In creating this real estate listing video, we kept the following design specifics in mind:

We chose a red, white, and blue color palette to match the client’s existing logo (which was red.)

For typography, we kept it simple. With Roboto and Work Sans, you can’t go wrong.

The images were sent from the client, and we simply added some filters and adjustments in Adobe Photoshop to make them “Pop”

All of the animation elements were created in Adobe After Effects.

We added a background audio track entitled, “Streaming the Mainline,” from Deep East Music
