Everyone is talking about the Kansas City Chiefs’ epic win on Sunday to claim the AFC Championship.

After leading in the fourth quarter, it came down to a field goal by the Chiefs with eight seconds remaining to win the game.

While most people look to quarterback Patrick Mahomes as the game winner, NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky feels someone else led the Chiefs to their victory.

For him, he believes the performance of Chris Jones got the Chiefs a win.

With him comparing Jones to Aaron Donald, it shows how Orlovsky feels defense was key to winning the game.

He isn’t wrong, as Jones was a part of the group which sacked Joe Burrow five times.

With the star defensive tackle accounting for two of those sacks, he was a force against a banged-up Cincinnati Bengals offensive line.

While he is a force every season, this was the first time during the postseason where he recorded a sack.

Those two sacks against Burrow are his only postseason sacks during his career.

It’s the reason behind Orlovsky saying Jones had “an Aaron Donald type of performance.”

However, his performance on Sunday shows how he can shine and dominate on defense, much like Donald.

While his previous postseason games saw offensive lines keeping him from the quarterback, it wasn’t the case on Sunday.

He rushed Burrow into making mistakes and took him down when given the opportunity.

While he’s not Donald, he earned the elite comparison on Sunday night.

However, his work isn’t done, as the Chiefs need him to stop the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 57.
