It’s only a matter of time before Cam Reddish is no longer playing for the New York Knicks.

Everyone knows the team is trying to trade him away, it’s just a matter of finding a front office in the NBA that is willing to give New York what they want.

Now, we are hearing of a few teams who are in hot pursuit of Reddish.

Marc Stein is reporting that the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Dallas Mavericks are “intensifying” their talks with the Knicks about Reddish.

Reaching For Reddish

It remains to be seen which team he will play with.

However, there is a rumor that the Mavs could be frontrunners since they might send over Reggie Bullock, who had great success playing under Tom Thibodeau, who now coaches the Knicks.

So far this season, Reddish has played in just 20 games.

During those games, he averaged 8.4 points and 1.6 rebounds in 21.9 minutes.

He didn’t fit in Thibodeau’s rotation and was pulled from games at the start of December.

He hasn’t played a game since and the Knicks have been hard at work trying to find a new franchise to acquire him.

Since entering the league, Reddish has shown some signs of greatness.

However, he has yet to fully covert that into something powerful.

Many people feel that if he finds a team that better suits him, Reddish can flourish.

Would the Lakers, Bucks, or Mavs be that team?

Reddish joined the NBA back in the 2019-20 season when he was first signed by the Atlanta Hawks.

He has been with the Knicks for the last two seasons but there is no doubt that he will find a new home in the league shortly.

Expect a lot more chatter about Reddish’s new team as the trade deadline quickly approaches.
