Miss Pennsylvania and Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen scholarship competitions to be held in Yo

The Miss Pennsylvania and Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen scholarship competitions are set to be held in York this week at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts.
