Hi, my name is Mia Schultz and I have been in the mortgage business since about 2007 and for me helping people finance their homes is one of the best things to do. It just became a natural fit for me.

I call what I do mortgage therapy because there are not that many people that just fit right into the box.

Most people do have a unique situation that they need to have somebody actually listen to them and help them work through it and figure out how to get qualified so that they can move on to that next stage in their life.

We get calls from clients even years after they’ve done their financing just on questions, on taxes, on questions on insurance. They know that we’re a resource that they can come to for anything home-related and we want to be there for them all the time.

That’s what I love about this business, is getting people into their houses and hearing their stories.
