Louisiana severe weather forecast: Strong storms again Wednesday

The severe weather that brought strong lines of storms, some flooding, power outages and hail to south Louisiana Tuesday, is expected to be repeated Wednesday, though perhaps shorter in duration and a little less severe.

Tuesday’s weather also saw a boat capsize off the coast of Port Fourchon. As of early Wednesday, 6 of 19 people on board had been rescued and a search continued for the others.
