Megan Stevens serves our community as the Managing Broker at Downtown Realty! Megan has three beautiful children and entered the world of real estate after working ten years in emergency services.

As a mother, Megan knew her children wouldn’t stay little forever and having a flexible work schedule was crucial to making time for them.
Since getting her real estate license in 2015, Megan has helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals.

Megan is a results oriented leader who strives toward finding the win-win for everyone involved. Always looking to advance her knowledge of the industry and exceed client expectations, Megan recently obtained her broker license and is now a Managing Broker at Downtown Realty assisting both clients and agents with accomplishing their real estate goals.
