This is a tune about a restaurant called The Ouisi Bistro that served up a Louisiana menu on the south side of Granville St in downtown Vancouver, BC for the last 25 years .. It was a Sunday house gig for me for about 15 of those years. But with real estate prices skyrocketing & the restaurant lease expiring, The Ouisi Bistro closed their doors for good in 2019….
