Louisiana Auditor Shows constable continuing to tell on himself
Louisiana law says If somehow the case was adjudicated in favor of the landlord without the address error being brought to light, the Writ of Possession wouldn’t reference the actual address and would likely be invalidated. The landlord would have to start from scratch.
I want to first start by thanking all of my viewers who have reached out to me personally about the protest. As well as the ones who have given monetary more than enough to set this up.
And from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank those out-of-area attorneys who have agreed to go on to further a federal lawsuit against the state of Louisiana. On his behalf pro bono with no hesitation thank you.
This is not good for the judge that is making Mr. Badger serve 14 days in jail and pay a $100 fine.
Congressman candidate John Robert Badger stated that he believed the 14 days is the beginning of the life sentence. He said he doesn’t think he will be coming back out of the place called Ouachita parish correctional center.
Doing my homework as a private auditor that holds the police accountable for their actions. Ouachita parish correctional center better known as OCC is no good place for colored skin people. They have a reputation for putting their hands on people and even going so far as to spit on inmates of color.
OCC it’s also known for roughing up people and ticking off the police or judges in the area. When OCC is being investigated by the people in charge of inmates and previous workers. Have stated that OCC is being investigated by one of their kind leaving these people behind those walls in the Fate of their keepers.
It brings me great sadness to report this story but congressman candidate John Robert Badger wanted me to let you guys know as well he’s fighting on your behalf. Just as he did for Richwood Correctional Center.
Who is now living off the backs of unlisted immigrants and it saddens me that it’s no one there to hold them accountable. As we all know from the past of Richwood Correctional Center. The hurt they have caused families. We the people want to know why are they still open and why the city of Monroe supports them.
And we want to know as well from Ouachita parish. Why hasn’t Ouachita parish Correctional center have not properly investigated? Has the FBI been bought off by Ouachita parish judges and lawyers enough that things are on autopilot there?
Why isn’t the CIA involved we the people are pushing for investigations into Ouachita parish court systems? Where we see racism is alive inside an Ouachita parish jail, and housing facilities.
And most definitely Ouachita parish mayor and his officers as well as John Belt Edwards and his office.
Why are lives being taken and these people are still holding office? How much blood do they have on their hands? It is clear how much the judges and police officers as well as district attorneys and court-appointed attorneys have on their hands.
My words to you all are bleach don’t wash that away and like Jericho walls. Satan are we going to tear your kingdom down?
