Louisiana Alligator (Catch*Clean*Cook ) Part 1

In this video, I join my friend Julien Barras (aka Ponky) in the Atchafalaya Basin on an alligator hunt. We caught two gators, a six foot and 11 footer. I took the 6 footer home to process. This video includes skinning the alligator hide for market and cutting up the meat for cooking. Please come back for Part 2 where I cook the alligator meat four different ways.
