LOGON…Tumar Mur is a portrayal of the crises felt by individuals in their thirties. The story refracts poignant issues like mid-life crisis, urban lower-middle-class life struggle and the unbearable burden of masculinities. Through this, we are trying to showcase how the journey through the late 20s and early 30s brings several societal challenges to an person’s life. These challenges are bound to be different for both men and women; but the phases in which love and family relations are heavily weighed down by the pangs of age have to be endured by all. Arjun is a boy without any government job who holds a small hardware shop. He has been going through a period of depression due to unemployment and his bitter past. Niharika, a girl in her late 20s, met him in Mahabhoirab temple and they fell in love with each other. The historical temple of Mahabhoirab itself occupies a very crucial place in Arjun-Niharika’s love story that is to unfold.
