Local businesses named in Tesla lawsuit over sales in Louisiana

Three local businesses are named in a lawsuit looking to challenge Louisiana’s refusal to grant Tesla permission to sell vehicles directly to consumers. Tesla claims that Louisiana officials have overstepped state and federal antitrust laws by banning the direct sales since 2017 to control leasing and servicing of their vehicles in the state.
