Hurricane Ida Targets Louisiana, Could Make Landfall As Category 4

Hurricane Ida lashed Cuba with high winds and heavy rain, and the storm is now moving toward Louisiana. Officials fear the warmer waters in the Gulf of Mexico could strengthen the storm to a Category 4.
