Fuel shortages follow Hurricane Ida in Louisiana

While hundreds of thousands of Louisianans sweltered in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida Tuesday with no electricity, no tap water, and precious little gasoline, long lines formed at the few gas stations that had fuel and power to pump it. (Sept. 1)
