The Denver Nuggets keep showing that they shouldn’t be overlooked, making a big statement against the Los Angeles Lakers, as visitors, on Saturday night.

The home team tried to contain the Nuggets, but Jamal Murray was too much to bear for them.

During the first half of the game, Murray set the tone for his team, going off with 30 points on the Lakers.

He finished the game with 37, leading his team to a big 118-109 win against the Lakers.

Following the game, many fans were in awe of Murray, who has become one of the best performers in the 2023 NBA playoffs.

After suffering a serious injury last season, many doubted that Murray could show the level he showed during the infamous Orlando bubble.

He heard all the noise and kept the receipts, unleashing the beast this postseason, making it clear he’s not the same as before; he’s even better.

The Nuggets are rejoicing with this version of Murray, who is yet to become an All-Star but is playing like a superstar in the playoffs.

Now, the team is 3-0 up against the Lakers, set to sweep them in Game 4 at Crypto.com Arena.

Murray is ready for the challenge and he won’t hesitate until the job is done.

Right after securing this win, the point guard said the Nuggets need to win five more games, which is their magic number to win the NBA championship.

After a season where so many people doubted them, Denver is going strong and on the verge of taking out the Lakers in a big fashion.
