We’re back with an update on a new threat from coastal erosion lawsuits. For years trial lawyers have filed lawsuits claiming energy industry projects caused damage to the state’s coastal wetlands. Many of the projects being sued started decades ago before the deterioration even began, or current regulations existed.

This episode gives us a unique look into how these lawsuits affect businesses like Mike Moncla’s. We met Mike in Episode 4 and he was gracious to come back and talk with us more.
