In this episode, we talk with Wayne Courreges III.

Wayne is passionate about helping busy professionals build generational wealth by offering the opportunity to passively invest in multi-family real estate syndications. To build wealth for investors, Wayne focuses primarily on acquiring apartment communities and developing build-to-rent (BTR) communities in areas with strong market fundamentals along with strategic partner relationships. His objective is to protect investor capital while providing high yield returns and giving back to communities by providing residents a safe and comfortable home environment.

Based out of Central Texas, Wayne leads the investment lifecycle and investor relations for CREI Partners as the Lead Sponsor and General Partner. Wayne started his real estate journey almost 20 years ago with his first rental unit while serving in the US Marine Corps. After completing his service as a Marine Corps Corporal in 2007, he started a career with a Fortune 125 commercial real estate firm that has taken him through the last 15 years.

His background in commercial real estate, passion in leading teams, and desire to increase his investors and team’s wealth pushed him to start CREI Partners in 2019. CREI Partners currently has $33 million assets under management in Texas and Louisiana and has raised $2 million in capital thus far in 2022.
