Four days after Ida crashed ashore as one of the strongest hurricanes to ever hit the U.S., much of Louisiana is still reeling and problems are mounting. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports for TODAY from New Orleans after flying over some of the hardest-hit areas with Gov. John Bel Edwards.
