Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks is a six-time All-Star and 2021 NBA champion.

He is also a two-time MVP and won the Finals MVP trophy too.

He’s also just 27 years old and is full of youthful energy and drive.

When you look back on how far Antetokounmpo has come, you realize just how much he has changed and improved over the years.

He started as a slim, slight 6-foot-11 prospect and has turned into a 240-pound behemoth that is able to take on just about anyone in the league with complete authority.

He’s changed so much for the better but how much more can he grow?

The Greek Freak Grows

There were some who doubted Antetokounmpo when he first joined the league back in 2013.

Selected by the Bucks as the 15th pick in the draft, there were a lot of questions surrounding him.

You could tell that he was a much slimmer player and some speculated that he wasn’t going to be able to withstand the physical demands of the game.

Sure, he was tall but he also looked like he could get knocked over by any sort of assertive offense.

Antetokounmpo took these questions to heart and worked hard to improve his strength and physical form.

When you look at the man now, he appears like a well-balanced, strong, powerful athlete.

He has actually gotten better in many ways: he has improved his shooting skills, his rebounding abilities, and his leadership qualities too.

2021-22 saw Antetokounmpo scoring 29.9 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists – putting him in the MVP conversation once again.

Antetokounmpo has become a superstar and a very strong, well-built player but he’s not going to rest as he pursues a second Finals victory.
