The Las Vegas Raiders are coming off a disastrous first season under head coach Josh McDaniels, who failed to provide any hope for the future of the storied NFL franchise, as the team won six games and pushed out veteran quarterback Derek Carr.

After the acquisition of Carr’s close friend Davante Adams, the Raiders were expected to make some noise in the AFC, but the team couldn’t get on the right track, leading to some drastic changes and a new direction.

Following the release of Carr and a potentially bleak future ahead, many have started to wonder whether Adams is all in on the team’s new direction.

Adams stoked the fire a bit recently by admitting that he’s not seeing eye-to-eye with the front office right now, but he has now backtracked by claiming he loves the organization and wants to win a Super Bowl in Las Vegas via Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team.

Whether or not these comments by Adams turn out to be true remains to be seen, but he’s clearly on board for the 2023 NFL season, with veteran quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo taking over for Carr, who recently signed with the New Orleans Saints.

Adams’ stance could quickly change if the Raiders struggle again next season, as he’ll likely see his window to compete for a Super Bowl while in his prime as arguably the best receiver in the game start to close.

The Raiders will be a team to watch in 2023, as it could be a complete disaster or one of the surprise teams in the league if it starts to come together in Las Vegas.
