From the video:

“The home show is really important to a lot of people doing remodelling projects and starting to build new homes, to our vendors who get tons of leads from the people that they meet and engage with. So when we started looking at the virtual home show, we looked extensively for months trying to find a platform that was realistic.

When you say virtual platform or virtual home show, we knew everybody was going to think of Zoom. And to be honest, we’re all Zoomed out. I know I’ve had about all of it I could take. So we knew that we had to have a platform that was going to be as realistic and as close to actually being together as possible.

And we got very, very fortunate. We found Showfloor and a wonderful group of people. We had even one point looked at trying to build one ourselves, we worked with a media group to build a platform and we gave them a whole list of what we wanted. We found everything we wanted in the Showfloor platform.

I’ll admit I was a little intimidated at first but it took me all of five minutes to figure out how to maneuver around, let people in, create my business card. It was really, really easy to do it. Wasn’t intimidating at all. I was able to figure it out all by myself. It’s an incredible platform, super easy to manipulate.”
