1988 Retro Home Tour in Slidell Louisiana

This video was created by my mother in the late 80s to document the contents of our home in Slidell, Louisiana for insurance purposes before an upcoming hurricane. It shows the various items and possessions within our house, including furniture, appliances, electronics, and personal belongings. By capturing this footage, my mother sought to ensure that we would be fully covered in the event of any damage or loss caused by the hurricane. It’s interesting to look back at this video now and see how our home and its contents have changed over time.
