15-year-old dead after shots ring out at Louisiana high school football game

Scene video captured outside the Bogalusa HS football game Friday (Oct. 14) night shows the scoreboard still stopped from when the game was called off with only 4 minutes left to play. A 15-year-old has been identified as both a shooter and the person killed.
