Nick Wright Reveals His NBA Finals Prediction
The 2023 NBA Finals are officially set, with the Jimmy Butler-led Miami Heat getting the best of the Boston Celtics in Game 7 at TD Garden on Monday night.
The stage is now set for the Heat and the Denver Nuggets to go head-to-head in the Finals, with Miami being the underdog yet again, as they’ll face two-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and arguably the best team in the postseason in a seven-game series with a title on the line.
Although many pundits and media members are picking the Nuggets to come out on top in the Finals, and understandably so, Nick Wright of Fox Sports has decided to go in a different direction, as he believes the Heat will win this series in six games.

Even though this may ultimately be an unwise decision by Wright, the Heat have proven everyone wrong every step of the way during these NBA playoffs and shouldn’t be underestimated, even against a team as talented as the Nuggets.
Butler has been the undisputed leader of the Heat during this playoff run, while Erik Spoelstra has been arguably the best head coach in the postseason, and both of them will have to perform at the highest level possible to get the best of Denver in the Finals.
Game 1 of the NBA Finals will set the tone for the series, with things set to get underway on Thursday in the Mile High City.
The Nuggets will be well rested and potentially rustly in this game as they’ve had to wait for the Eastern Conference Finals to end after they made easy work of the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals by pulling off the sweep.
