Louisiana River White Perch / Crappie…Catch, Clean & Cook!

Spent some time of the local river this week…never hit the moon time just right so was a little slow…still ending up with around 30. We usually fry but saved a few filet’s to show ya’ll how we bake them. Enjoy!
