About Rupinder:
I am Rupinder Maliya, founder and owner at Vision Upgraded, an English language proficiency training institute.
I am a postgraduate in English literature. I have ten years of teaching experience. I started my career as an Ad hoc lecturer and later joined a CBSE school. I joined there as a primary teacher and got promoted as a coordinator for the middle wing.I am an ardent reader, I write blogs and poems.

Training students for public speaking and efficient stagecraft is my forte. I feel a different exuberance when holding a mic in my hand and communicate with the audience. I have the experience of training teachers and making them aware of the various classroom management techniques.

At present at my startup which is an IELTS institute,I am going to concentrate on effective methods through which children can fulfill their dream of studying abroad by getting a good IELTS band score. Other than that I will be training students for creative writing and public speaking.I wish to see my students delivering powerful talks at global platforms.

I am going to have a special grooming course for homemakers where I will be training them for basic personality development and confidence-boosting session. I will be helping them to come up with their own blogs and also help them become social media influencers if they have the passion for it.

At a personal level, I believe we all have a unique calling that needs to be explored and used for the upliftment of humanity. The universe always has our back, we just need to have faith and honestly do our task.
