3 Louisiana State Troopers Charged In The Beating Of A Black Motorist Bragged About The "Whoopin"
Three former Louisiana state troopers face excessive charges for beating a black man in 2020.
Jacob Brown, Dakota DeMoss, and George “Kam” Harper are accused of beating Antonio Harris during a traffic stop.
The ex-state troopers are on video slapping, punching, and kneeing Harries in his back even though he was not resisting.
The officers exchanged text messages saying Harris would have nightmares about the incident.
