Frankie Grande knows his sister Ariana Grande is there to offer the best advice every time.

That’s why, as he prepared to return to Broadway in Titanique, he turned to the Grammy winner a quick pre-show remedy.

“I asked her vocal advice,” Frankie told E! News in an exclusive interview. “I did because I was having trouble because I had a sinus infection.”

“This was like during rehearsals,” he continued. “And I was steaming, steaming, steaming, steaming, and she was like, ‘Bro, you’re over-steaming.’ And I was like ‘You can do that?’”

Admitting that was attempting the congestion remedy for upwards of an hour and a half daily, Ariana offered him a more streamlined solution.

“She was like ‘Chill! Do 30 minutes. Do 15. Stop,’” he noted, and as a result of following her guidance, he added, “and I got better after that.”

Though the Wicked actress was there to offer some support Frankie’s no stranger to the stage—or Titanique. The actor, who made his Broadway debut in Mamma Mia! in 2006, originated the role of Victor Garber during the Celine Dion-tracked jukebox musical’s Off-Broadway run.
