When is the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale?
The Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale always happens in the summer and in the winter. This year, the winter sale kicked off on Dec. 26, 2024, and ran until Jan. 17, 2025. The summer Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual sale started on June 16, 2025 and will ran through July 14. Last year’s summer sale started on June 1, 2024, and wrapped up on July 1, 2024.
The Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale always happens twice a year and is consistent year after year in terms of timing, so expect it to be held in early June and the day after Christmas (Dec. 26).
What’s on sale during Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale?
This twice-a-year sale offers shoppers the opportunity to save up to 75% on many of the the brand’s beloved products. In the past, RetailMeNot has found steals such as:

Take 40% off your favorite head-to-toe Bath & Body fragrances during this annual Bath & Body Works sale, which occurred from March 18 to 24 this year. The sale included full-size mists and body sprays for just $4.95, 3-wick candles for $14.95 and lots more. During this sale, you were also able to get free shipping on orders over $50.
International Fragrance Week Sale
April
This month isn’t a major one for sales at Bath & Body Works. Like February, April is another month with limited-time sales on a variety of products. One sale that shoppers loved last April was the Spring Into Clean Sale, which centered around soap deals.
Bath & Body Works Spring Cleaning Sale
The Bath & Body Works Soap Sale launched in the last week of April. During this time, you could scoop up all hand soaps and bars of soap for just $2.95.

Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale
In 2025, the sale started on June 16, a little later than previous years. In 2024, it started June 1 (May 31 for rewards members) and ran until June 24. In 2023, the sale ran from June 3 (early access started June 2) to July 3, 2023, and pretty much has consistently followed this time frame every summer.

Since the Semi-Annual Sale runs through the first days of July, the rest of the month isn’t the best time to find major savings on all Bath & Body Works. You will, however, find a variety of deals on specific products and collections.
National Gingham Week Sale
In 2024, Bath & Body Works celebrated National Gingham Week. During this week, new discounts on products in the Gingham Collection were available each day. At one point, everything in the Gingham Collection was marked down 40% off.

In August, you should plan to stock up on products featuring your favorite summery scents. By this time, the fall and holiday collections are available.
Member Appreciation Days Sale
Bath & Body Works hosted its second Member Appreciation Days Sale from Aug. 19 to 25. During this time, you could take $10 off any purchase of $30 or more as well as take advantage of a new deal each day of the sale. Beyond beauty and body products, for a limited time, rewards members could save 20% on a fall candle flight.
‘See ya, Summer’ Sale
Instead of hosting a traditional Labor Day Sale, Bath & Body Works hosts a farewell to summer sale. Last year, it was called the “See ya, Summer!” Sale. You can save up to 50% on a variety of products during this time.

When does the Bath & Body Works 2025 Candle Sale start?
Despite being called “Candle Day,” the Bath & Body Works Candle Day sale actually spans an entire weekend, and always starts on the first Saturday of December (this year that will be Dec. 6, 2025). However, My Bath & Body Works Rewards members can usually shop the sale a day early, so mark your calendar for Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. If you’re not a member, don’t fret: Signing up is easy and totally free!
Early-access shoppers usually need to use a code (last year it was CANDLEDAY) at checkout to get the sale prices on Friday. But after the early access period ends, the Candle Day sale opens up to the general public at 6 a.m. EST on Saturday and runs through Sunday.
No matter which day you choose to shop, however, you will be limited to purchasing 24 candles at the sale rate.
