The discounts on those homes were between -5.8% to 10.8% on average, while the average build year was 2017 and ranged from 2007 to 2023. The average size of properties sold over the same period was 2,211 square feet with a minimum of 1,190 square feet and a maximum of 4,423 square feet. 11 four bedroom houses were sold and one five bedroom house, and seven three bedroom, two bath houses. Furthermore, 21 houses exceeded 1,800 square feet and not a single house sat on more than an acre of land.

Payment for these properties varied as 48% were cash, 41% were conventional loans, 0% were FHA loans, and 6% were VA loans. Additionally, the average time on the market was 74 days, with the shortest period being 0 days and the longest period being 270 days.
