THE "WRIGHT" FLIGHT AT THE "WRIGHT" TIME – FLYING FROM THE WRIGHT BROTHERS MEMORIAL TO ATHENS, GA

Sometimes you just need a simple VFR flight, uncomplicated and stress free, after a long adventure. We got just that, leaving from the Wright Brothers Memorial in North Carolina, at the tail end of our long EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2022 Series. In need of some family time, we stop in Athens, GA, to visit with the grandparents before returning to Florida. The day was filled with beautifully partly cloudy skies, smooth air, and simple good memories.
