Video Shows Micah Parsons’ Superhuman Strength
The Dallas Cowboys have plenty of hope for the 2023 season, and one reason why is their defense.
They ranked fifth in points allowed last year, and they could improve on that with the arrival of cornerback Stephon Gilmore, a five-time Pro Bowler.
Up front, the Cowboys boast linebacker Micah Parsons, who is one of the NFL’s best pass rushers after just two seasons.
At 6-foot-3 and 245 pounds, he possesses tremendous strength, and he was seen in a video easily squatting 425 pounds.

Parsons was the No. 12 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and he immediately shined brightly, recording 13.0 sacks, 30 quarterback hits, and 20 tackles for loss while earning Pro Bowl, All-Pro first-team, and Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.
In 2022, he had 13.5 sacks and again made the Pro Bowl and All-Pro first-team.
Before Parsons arrived in Dallas, the team was very weak defensively, but with him on board, they have won 12 games and made the playoffs in each of the last two seasons.
Now the task ahead for the Cowboys is to recapture their past glory that brought them five Super Bowl championships.
They haven’t made it to the Super Bowl since the 1995 season, and they haven’t even been to the NFC Championship Game since then.
The Cowboys certainly seem to have the talent to get back there, as they also brought in productive wide receiver Brandin Cooks to give CeeDee Lamb a very good tag-team partner.
In the backfield, running back Tony Pollard, who made the Pro Bowl in 2022, will take over for the departed Ezekiel Elliott.
