The Manning Brothers Are Having Fun At The Pro Bowl

When some pro athletes retire, they keep a low profile, but legendary quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Eli Manning have done the opposite.

Both have remained highly visible, not to mention highly active with the NFL, and this year, they will both be coaching in the Pro Bowl.

Peyton Manning will be coaching the AFC squad while Eli Manning will be at the helm of the NFC team, and both will be looking for some bragging rights.

Both Mannings won two Super Bowls during their playing days, and they both defeated a man named Tom Brady on their way to each world championship.

Brady, of course, just joined both of them in the retired player club, and he may end up as a commentator, something that both Mannings have been trying their hand at.

As the hosts of the so-called “Manningcast” during Monday Night Football games, they have been entertaining football fans by not only providing high-level analysis but by also bringing some levity to their commentary.

With Brady’s retirement has come an acknowledgment that a golden era of NFL football is truly over.

That era included Brady, both Mannings, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and current Denver Broncos signal-caller Russell Wilson.

Wilson, of course, looked over the hill this season, and although he likely won’t retire any time soon, it looks like perhaps his best days are truly behind him.

Now, a crop of young star QBs such as Patrick Mahomes, who is about to appear in his third Super Bowl, Josh Allen and Joe Burrow, will carry the torch and look to create some new memories for fans.
