If the rest of the 2022-23 NBA season doesn’t go very well for the Los Angeles Clippers, you can expect a few big changes within the team.

Throughout the recent offseason, many fans and experts predicted that this year would be the team’s best yet.

There were numerous people who predicted they could finally reach the NBA Finals, especially because of the incredible basketball skills of Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, John Wall, and others.

Things aren’t panning out exactly as planned but that doesn’t mean Leonard isn’t going anywhere.

According to sources speaking to The Athletic, The Clippers are not considering a trade of Leonard.

Even with his slow return to the court and inconsistency at times, Leonard is still seen as the most important player on the team.

The Clippers would rather move anybody before they touched Leonard.

Leonard has been ramping up more and more, especially recently.

During his last 7 games, the two-time Finals MVP has scored more than 24 points and has shown more speed and power.

Leonard might stay put but will the team make other changes if they fail to meet their goals?

That’s very likely and you can expect anyone to be on the market.

We have already heard rumors of Wall possibly parting ways with the Clippers but would George also be leaving?

You can’t count that out.

If the Clippers don’t have a very successful season and playoff run this year, you can’t count out any sort of huge moves.

Just don’t expect Leonard to go anywhere.

The Clippers have been more consistent lately and are currently the 6th team in the West.

Will they climb even higher in the weeks ahead?
