The ALCS is over, and the Houston Astros have emerged victorious.

It was yet another matchup between them and the New York Yankees, who have been longing for revenge after news broke about the Astros sign-stealing scandal in 2017.

However, revenge will have to wait.

Prior to the series, Yankees fans could be heard chanting, “We want Houston.”

As it turns out, it was a fool’s errand, and after the Astros clinched last night with their Game 4 victory at Yankee Stadium, they did not hold back, bringing actual brooms into the clubhouse to celebrate.

“They asked for Houston, they got Houston,” said Martin Maldonado.

Who Wants Houston?

Once again, the Astros are headed to the World Series.

They have yet to lose this postseason and are coming in red-hot.

So, for fans that “want Houston,” be careful what you wish for.

The Astros are a powerhouse and are ready to dominate at every turn.

Fans of other teams don’t want to admit it after learning of the Astros’ scandal.

But the unfortunate reality for opposing fans is that the Astros are an elite baseball club, and they are here to stay.

Yankees fans wanted Houston and they got their wish.

They got the best team in all of baseball over the past six years, and they got them at full strength.

Fans of the Philadelphia Phillies are certainly ready for an opportunity to beat the Astros, but given recent events, it’s going to be a very tall task.

Can the Phillies overcome the Astros, or will the Astros continue to dominate anybody who wants Houston?
